Lutheran Care Center offers compassionate short-term rehabilitation for those recovering after a hospital stay. Our certified physical, occupational, and speech therapists work alongside each resident to support healing, build confidence, and prepare for a safe return home—or the next step in their care journey. Social workers are also available to help guide each transition from admission through discharge.

Lutheran Care Center provides trusted long-term care for residents who need ongoing support and a higher level of care. With compassionate staff, medical oversight, engaging programs, and spiritual care, we help residents feel comfortable, connected, and at home. A dedicated Memory Care unit supports those living with dementia.
