Testimonials
My 96 year old Mom has been a resident at Lutheran Care Center since January, and she has flourished both physically and mentally since her arrival. Mom was previously at another Nursing Home for 2 ½ years, and was in a steady decline when she became very ill last December.
After moving Mom to LCC, she was nursed back to good health, gained back all the weight she had lost, increased her strength and mobility and is actively involved in groups and activities. The LCC staff is committed to providing excellent nursing care with a very strong emphasis on maintaining a happy, engaging lifestyle for their residents.
Mom now states that she is ‘treated like a princess’ and is so happy with the friendly staff that takes such good care of her. Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care Mom now receives at her new home. We sincerely thank all the staff at LCC for their hard work and dedication.

My sister has been here over 10 years the people here are wonderful. They help the residents to feel useful and comfortable as well as the family members when they visit. Lutheran care is a Beautiful place it was my sisters first choice and now ours as well. We have visited family and friends in other nursing homes in the area and not one can compare to Lutheran care ☺

My husband and I have now resided at LCC for around a year and 3 months. After having a medical issue that prevented me from returning to my home my daughter searched the area and visited four or five homes to see where we would spend the rest of our days.
My sister luckily went to see LCC after visiting 4 other nursing homes. There was no questions LCC ... it was!!
Our care here has been spot on. The nurses and aids are caring, gentle people. Every staff member greets us each day with a smile and a "How are you today?". The home is spotless and very pleasant.
Come visit and see for yourself and make LCC your home away from home.

My mother is a resident on 2 South. She will be 100 years old in July 2019. Mom is very independent and has her complete mental faculties. She is an amazing person for her age. She lived independently until she was 97 years old. Lately, she has not been feeling well with recurrent bladder issues and because she is so independent, she does not like to "bother" any of the staff.
This letter is to highly compliment the entire staff on 2 South. They are competent, knowledgeable, caring and loving. They go the extra mile to make sure the residents are cared for above and beyond any expectations. They are considerate of my mom's independence and understand and embrace her stubbornness to "ring the bell" when she is supposed to do so.
What a group of great people taking care of my mom!
Thank you, everyone, on 2 South.

To the staff on 2 North,
Words cannot express the gratitude that our family feels for the care and compassion shown to our mother, and our family during her recent stay at Lutheran Care.
It is never easy to say goodbye to someone that you love and we continue to grieve, but we know that her final days were as comfortable as they could be and that she was surrounded by people who loved her. We were touched the by the gentle manner in which each of your provided care to her, the kind words and actions expressed to her and our family, and the interventions put in place to ease her pain.
I know that many of your had a chance to get to know our mom when she was at Lutheran Care for short term rehab in January. She was an incredible wife, mother, sister, and friend. She lived a good life, and shared 66 years with the love of her life, her husband Dave. We miss her terribly, but are comforted by memories of our time with her and by memories of her final days in your care.
I hope that each of you are shown the same kindness and compassion during your lifetime.
With much thanks.
