 Meet Florence Williams
Florence, a resident of Lutheran Care Center at Concord Village in Poughkeepsie, celebrated her 106th birthday on Aug. 29, 2010.
106 you say? She lived at home until she was 103, long after her husband, Arthur, passed away 11 years ago.
When she could no longer stay on her own, she came to live at LCC at Concord Village, one of the 11 facilities in The Lutheran Care Network.
Today, she enjoys her life at LCC, especially the recreation programs. She also likes hearing from friends at St. John’s Lutheran Church, where she is still a member.
