There are several employment opportunities at Lutheran Care Center.
Here are a few current listings:

Licensed Practical Nurse – Per diem openings available.
Valid NYS licensure, CPR and one year of long-term care or acute care experience required.

 

MDS Coordinator – Full or part time.

MDS 3.0 experience in a long term care setting and valid NYS RN registration required.
 
Certified Nursing Assistants – Full Time evenings and per diem openings available.
Valid NYS certification required
 
Dietary Aides – Per Diem
High school diploma/GED and 1-year food service experience in a health care setting highly desired.
 
Environmental Services Aide – Part Time
High school diploma/GED required. Previous experience in housekeeping/janitorial services in a health care setting required.
 
Director of Rehab – Full Time

Must have a minimum 1 year in a supervisory capacity in a long term care facility.  Valid NYS OTR or PT Licensure required.

 
Physical Therapy Assistant – Full Time
Valid NYS licensure required.  New graduates welcome.
