In the Poughkeepsie area, we serve elderly, frail and disabled persons in need of medical monitoring during the day.
Often, elderly, frail or disabled persons can’t stay home by themselves during the day when their families go to work or leave the house. Our day program gives them a place to go during the day, where compassionate care, as well as encouragement and participation in activities, enhances their well-being and sense of self-worth.
